About Esteban Pizarro Hunter
Esteban Pizarro Hunter is an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist and graduate of the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), with a passion for helping people improve their strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing through personalised, evidence-based exercise.
He has a particular interest in healthy ageing, musculoskeletal rehabilitation following injury or surgery, chronic disease management, and supporting mental wellbeing through movement. Esteban believes that exercise is a powerful tool not only for improving physical health, but also for enhancing quality of life and long-term independence.
His approach focuses on creating tailored exercise programs that are safe, effective, and sustainable, with the goal of helping clients build lifelong healthy habits, regain confidence in their bodies, and continue doing the activities they enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, Esteban enjoys spending time with his family, keeping active, and pursuing his passion for boxing. These experiences have shaped his disciplined, supportive, and goal-oriented approach, enabling him to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their health and wellbeing.
